Mandala

My mandala is getting somewhere. I made two layers. The lime green inside will be decorated/embellished in several ways. Nice job to do on the couch in the evening. There already are numerous numbers of little beads between the edges of the couch. Gives a nice sound when vacuuming. On the outher border the pattern of the original mandala is visible. Meanwhile the layers are stitched together. The intention is to curl the points. That will be a construction with iron wire. Already thought about but not yet made.

Prachtig!!! Ben benieuwd hoe je je ijzerdraadavontuur gaat beleven ;-)

This is new and unusual to me. I haven't heard of this technique before but I love it. How did you know about it? I looked online, but didn't see anything that resembled yours. You are a very creative quilter.
